Welcome to Friday Night Racing. A real casual racing atmosphere is the mantra for this sailing. There will be no official score keeping. All boats are given a personal handicapped starting time so no crowded starting line and an exciting first to finish win. A real opportunity for those who are not familiar with racing but enjoy sailing their boat. The course is 6nm and on average will take 90 to complete. For simplicity, the course will not change so once you have been assigned a start time it will remain the same each and every Friday! Their is no cost to participate in this sailing group and all are welcome! However, please email us at duluthyachtclub@gmail.com and give us your boat name and type, if not listed below, so we can determine a handicap and assign you a starting time.
